QUEENSTOWN FEE:
Vehicle collections and returns in Queenstown incur a NZ$ 95 location fee (same city collection and return, one fee applies). This is in addition to the one-way fee if applicable.

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD:
5 days. Minimum rental period is 10 days for hires with a collection date between 23 December and 10 January and when a vehicle is being collected from the North Island and is being returned to the South Island if the rental commences between the months of October through to March. Minimum rental period is subject to change during peak periods.

STANDARD LIABILITY/EXCESS:
All campervans are insured for the damage to the vehicle or to the property of a Third Party. The hirer is responsible for the first NZ$ 7,500 (payable by the hirer's own credit card upon pick up)
Vehicle Liability is NZ$5,000 for the HiTop and Voyager campervans.

LIABILITY REDUCTION OPTION
Liability Reduction Option: NZ$ 46 per day to reduce the Liability to NZ$ 0 (security deposit of NZ$ 220 still required upon pick up).
When the Liability Reduction Option has been purchased, the hirer will have no liability at all with the exception of the exclusions.
This cover includes unlimited tyre and windscreen cover for accidental damage.

INCLUSIVE PACK:
The Inclusive Pack is NZ$ 58 per day (maximum charge NZ$2,750) and is payable in addition to the daily rental rate.
Inclusions are:

• Single vehicle rollover cover
• WIFI, including 1GB data
• Extra driver Fees
• Linen exchange
• Picnic Table

ONE WAY FEE FEES
• NZ$150 applies where pick up originates from Auckland and returns to Christchurch or Queenstown, where pick-up is between 01 April and 30 September.
• NZ$250 applies where pick up originates from Auckland and returns to Christchurch or Queenstown, where pick-up is between 01 October and 31 March.
• NZ$50 applies where pick up is from Christchurch and returns to Queenstown or vice versa, where pick-up is between 01 April and 30 September.
• NZ$75 applies where pick up is from Christchurch and returns to Queenstown or vice versa, where pick-up is between 01 October and 31 March.
• NZ$150 applies where pick up originates from Christchurch or Queenstown and returns to Auckland, where pick-up is between 01 October and 31 March.

EXTRA DRIVER FEE:
An Extra Driver Fee now applies per driver, per hire. The fee is NZ$2 per day with a maximum charge of NZ$30.

ROAD USER CHARGE RECOVERY FEE
(DIESEL TAX FEE)
A Road User Charge Recovery Fee will be calculated and collected on return of the campervan based on the kilometres travelled during the hire and the actual vehicle category.
The fee per 100 km is as follows:
• HiTop, Voyager, Venturer, Venturer Plus, Discovery: NZ$7.64
• Explorer, Vista, Frontier: NZ$8.04

CREDIT CARD FEE:
The credit card holder will be jointly and severally liable as a customer. Accepted credit cards are Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express. A non-refundable 3.1% administration fee will apply to all Visa and MasterCard transactions and 4.5% to American Express. Credit card administration fees also apply to debited vehicle security deposits and only the hirer's credit card is acceptable to use for the purpose of the vehicle security deposit.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A $100 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays;
